Mediation, where it applies, is led by RICS-accredited practitioners who understand both the technical and commercial dimensions of property disputes. Most engagements end without arbitration — that is the point.
We are equally comfortable on the acquirer side, the seller side, or as a neutral third party. We will also tell you up front which seat we should not take.
