The engagement

From capital stack design to enterprise risk reviews, we help clients optimise returns while protecting the downside through rigorous financial and operational controls.

Real estate ventures fail in finance and risk before they fail in construction. We are typically engaged either pre-investment — to stress-test the capital stack and risk register — or mid-programme, when actual cash flow has diverged materially from the underwriting.

Typical output is a refreshed financial model with appropriate sensitivities, a properly maintained risk register with named owners, and a recovery plan where one is needed. We work directly with finance and treasury, not around them.

Where applicable, we support refinancing or capital-raising conversations with the documentation lenders and investors actually read — and we have written business continuity frameworks adopted at group level by blue-chip institutions.
