Most turnkey engagements start with a programme audit — what has been decided, what is still open, and where contractual and design risk currently sit. From there we build a single accountable structure, with one partner answerable for the outcome.
A typical mandate covers master scheduling, design and consultant coordination, procurement strategy, contract administration, construction supervision, snagging, and commissioning. The brief sometimes starts mid-flight; we are equally comfortable taking over a programme that has lost its footing as we are starting from concept.
Reporting is monthly on commercial position, weekly on programme variance, and continuous on safety. Clients receive the same structured pack regardless of country, so multi-market portfolios stay legible from the boardroom.
